Atom is INASNAP's lab pack software. It identifies chemicals, segregates them under DOT 49 CFR rules, and assigns drums and manifest lines. Atom is currently in a supervised pilot. AI only reads labels and names; the rules engine decides, and a trained tech confirms every drum and manifest line.
